Deb has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate and Relocation and is a Texas Real Estate Broker, Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist. She has worked for major players in the Corporate Relocation and REO arenas with in-depth knowledge on the subjects. Deb has relocated thousands of people locally, nationally and internationally. She earned the Employee Relocation Council, Certified Relocation Professional designation in 1995 and Global Mobility Specialist designation in 2019. She is a member of NAR, TAR, ERC and RDC. She serves local community endeavors and has been appointed in various leadership positions in the DFW Metroplex.

Deb leads the award-winning Relocation Division at Allie Beth Allman & Associates. She orchestrated, built and executed the organizational design which includes Operations, Business Development, Client Services and all facets of the business.

Deb began her career working on the real estate appraisal side of the industry, and then moved into the 3rd Party Corporate Relocation arena in 1989, and spent the next 17 years working with numerous clients within the Corporate Relocation industry in various capacities. Just prior to her current role, Deb was a Broker Associate selling real estate and one of the top producers in her office at a DFW brokerage. Deb was voted “Best in Irving” Realtor in 2013 & 2014 and D Magazine Best Realtor. She is a graduate of the Ursuline Academy of Dallas. She is also a graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas, and holds a Masters Degree focused in Organizational Behavior and International Management.
