Sandi Furstein has literally spent her entire career in the residential real estate business which has spanned over 20 years. After graduating from Florida State University, she went to work for IDM Management, one of one of South Florida’s premier owners of residential apartment properties. From there Sandi went on to start RSQ Realty, her own residential real estate brokerage firm. The firm produced millions of dollars in sales and is still licensed in the State of Florida. After a long period of living in Florida, Sandi and her family moved to Los Angeles where she continued her career and received her California Real Estate License. Sandi joined Keller Williams Palos Verdes and quickly became a contributing member of one of their top earning teams. Sandi also received the designation CAPPER, which is given to agents who have fulfilled their yearly goals.
Currently Sandi, her husband, and two children reside in Highland Park, TX and are quickly becoming intrenched in the Park Cites and Dallas. After earning her Texas Real Estate license Sandi became a member of the elite Allie Beth Allman & Associates brokerage. Sandi represents many different types of clients ranging from first time home buyers to luxury estate living. Being licensed in multiple states across the country has allowed her to learn several different marketing techniques across a wide range of traditional, social, and web-based media platforms. In addition, Sandi’s tenure in the real estate business has allowed her to navigate her clients through many different types of market conditions.
Sandi supports several Charites including Toys for Tots, Saint Jude’s Hospital, and several cancer organizations. She also enjoys volunteering at both Highland Park Highschool and Middle school. Sandi is an active runner and she loves going to the gym.
