In the case of Lauren Shuford Laughry and Elizabeth Shuford Conroy, it’s been a lifelong relationship between the first cousins that has blossomed into a successful professional association in DFW real estate.
Joining Allie Beth Allman & Associates in August 2022 was a smart, strategic move for the pair, known throughout the market as the Selling Shufords, continuing to build their brand as Senior Vice Presidents with Dallas’s leading luxury brokerage.
Lauren and Elizabeth have been inseparable much of their lives. They bring a deep well of knowledge, excellent marketing and negotiating skills, accented by lovely smiles, a can-do spirit, and positive energy to their clients. Since joining forces in 2020, the Selling Shufords has sold over $175 million of real estate all over Dallas.

Selling Shuford excels in a variety of critical areas, including working with clients moving in out of state. The Dallas natives are deeply knowledgeable about the market, and since both have children in public and private schools, they understand the local educational systems intimately.
Lauren is a Highland Park and Texas Christian University alumnae, who grew up in the Park Cities. While the team works in University Park and Highland Park, they also focus on other trendy zip codes including Preston Hollow, Devonshire, Briarwood, Greenway Parks, West Highland Park, and Lakewood.
Her professional recognitions and accomplishments include D Best Realtor, D Platinum Producer, and Real Trends Top 100. Lauren is active in her community, deeply involved in local charities such as the annual Cattle Baron’s Ball, which has raised millions for cancer research, and Interfaith Family Services, an organization that lends support to area families in crisis.
Lauren and her husband Josh have two children, eight-year-old Jack, and six-year-old Caroline.
