About Kelley

Kelley is working to bring excellent customer service to every home buyer and seller and she has raised the bar for real estate service as she continues to meld her proven sales and marketing strategies with new ideas and around the clock availability.

With 28 years of active real estate experience and selling more than 800 homes throughout her successful career, she is well prepared to work with buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in a wide variety of housing styles and neighborhoods.

Kelley is also known for her success in selling properties that are not on the open market throughout the Park Cities, Devonshire, North Dallas, M Streets, East Dallas, Bluffview, Lakewood, Preston Hollow and Oak Lawn.

Kelley is a native Texan who graduated from Texas Tech, where she majored in microbiology and biochemistry. She went in to medical sales after graduating from college, but ultimately followed her family’s legacy into residential sales. Her father was a builder, and she lived in 27 different houses before she began her own real estate career. Kelley excels in different aspects of the real estate transaction, bringing a cadre of specialized skills to her clients.

Her education, negotiation skills and financial knowledge give her an edge in representing her clients. She is also detail-oriented, managing the paper trail of each transaction and handling marketing functions for listings.

Kelley lives in Highland Park. As a parent of two boys, one son who attends Highland Park High School and another who is a recent graduate of Highland Park High School, she can meet the specific needs of families with school age children who are either moving up or downsizing. She is on the HP Arts Board, serves as the Philanthropist of Young Men’s Service League and is involved the fundraising for Wesley-Rankin Community Center.

Although extremely focused on her business and the special brand of client service she provides, Kelley still carves out time to devote to her children and community. Kelley is involved at Highland Park United Methodist Church, teaching Sunday school for over 10 years and volunteered for cafeteria duties at the elementary, intermediate, middle school and high school. She was a Cub Scout Leader along with serving the homeless at The Bridge.

"Kelley is an asset to our team of top producing professionals" says Allie Beth Allman, founder and CEO of Allie Beth Allman & Associates. "She achieves a marvelous balance of hard work and market knowledge with stewardship to her community.” Firm general manager Duke Jimerson added, "She really has a solid grasp of all aspects of client service, from initial contact through the closing." Allie Beth Allman & Associates has been among the fastest growing residential real estate companies in the last four years, recognized from 2005 to 2011 as the leader in single office firms for listing and sales volume.
