We would recommend using Notepad or another similar text editor that removes all the extra formatting that Word uses, or (especially when someone else sends you content from Word, or an email) use the "Copy as plain text" (ctrl-shift-V on PC, Cmd-shift-V on Macs) when pasting the content into the CMS editor, as that will keep any "styling" that was in the Word document out of the CMS editor, which should help some.

Jeffrey proudly serves on 3 finance boards in Dallas and is presently a director on the board of his HOA in a prominent development, which gives him insights to share with clients who buy in a master-planned community.
Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys traveling, reading, wine and playing competitive sports. He cherishes family time with his wife, two children and Rhodesian Ridgeback.
