With extraordinary care and attention to detail, Jeanne Deptula of Allie Beth Allman & Associates takes pride in her commitment to excellence in the real estate industry. Join that with the strength of working with the fastest growing, independently owned real estate firm in North Texas and you have a winning combination.
“Nothing impacts a family more than their home.” says Jeanne. “It sets the tone for the quality of your daily life and is the setting that influences most of your activities and memories together as a family. It’s also your greatest ongoing financial expense and it is often the greatest financial investment of your lifetime.” The search for a house is a process. It requires defining, assessing and reaching consensus on many family objectives and then determining what property meets those objectives both physically and financially. Facilitating that discussion and guiding a family through the myriad of alternatives is what I enjoy most. Those options include:
- Understanding education alternatives and their associated costs
- Travel and commute implications for work and school
- Preference for a city vs rural environment
- Proximity to extracurricular activities such as sporting events, arts and church
- Taxation and zoning variances
How these concerns are met and the cost of meeting them is often a struggle. Jeanne has lived in the metroplex for over 30 years covering Dallas to Fort Worth in corporate service and in residential real estate. While she concentrates predominately in Park Cities and Preston Hollow, Jeanne has clients throughout the metroplex that she serves.
Jeanne was a major account major for Xerox Corporation for fourteen years covering much of North Texas before transitioning into residential real estate. Having been a licensed realtor since 1994, Jeanne has seen the ups and downs of the markets within the metroplex. Jeanne’s husband Robert, is a commercial broker and principal of Transwestern Commercial Services. He offers a comprehensive insight into the commercial markets; complementing Jeanne’s knowledge of residential markets and their influences. She has seen the gentrification & implications of many neighborhoods throughout North Texas. They have raised three children through Highland Park ISD. Kristen and Cameron are also graduates of Texas Christian University and Claire is a Freshman at the University of Texas.
Jeanne is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Dallas, a supporter of La Fiesta de Seis Banderas of Park Cities and a member of Park Cities Baptist Church.
Their spare time is spent at Cedar Creek Lake and enjoy the benefits of part time lake living.
