Bob joined Allie Beth Allman & Associates in 1999, working with both buyers and sellers of residential property throughout the Dallas area. Bob has represented buyers and sellers from Downtown Dallas, to Southlake, to Frisco and all areas in between. In 2004 Bob earned the distinction of selling the most units at Allie Beth Allman. D Magazine honored Bob as a “D Best Realtor” in 2004, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011 chosen by his clientele. Bob has served his real estate community by serving on the MLS Committee and Board. His work is appreciated in the community, as he is a real estate contributor to the monthly Dallas Federal Reserve Bank’s Beige Book report on the local economy.
Bob’s real estate experience dates to 1982, when he began his real estate career in commercial brokerage, working for Swearingen Co., Staubach Co., and the FDIC/RTC. Prior to 1982, Bob worked in the packaged foods industry with General Mills, Ralston Purina, Coca-Cola and Gillette.
Bob earned his undergraduate degree in economics from SMU and his MBA in management from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Active in the community, Bob serves on the SMU Mustang Club Board, the Uptown Public Improvement District Board, and was the Dallas Wind Symphony Ball chairman in 2007.
Philosophically, Bob believes strongly in providing the best service to his clients. As his business is referral-based, only the most professional handling of his clients’ real estate transactions will support future client referrals.
