Nancy is very easy to work with. I had my home on the market twice before with two of the very top realtors in Dallas and they could not sell it. I am over eighty and it seemed hopeless to me. I wanted to move to a home with easier upkeep. Recently, I decided to ask Nancy Addison to help me sell my house. It was sold in two days for the price I wanted with all of my requirements. She was very professional and her grasp of the market was great and her insight, determination, and patience in working with me through all of the details was incredible. Then she helped me find a new place – and I had been looking for a long time without finding anything I liked. We found the new place in a couple of days, and that was amazing! She helped find the right people to remodel my new home. She helped me in switching all of my services. I was amazed at her compassionate and thorough, capable diligence. I am a happy client. Buying or selling I recommend her. - Junia Gibbons

My wife and I were from out of state and knew nothing of Dallas. Nancy took it upon herself to not only show us homes, but to show us Dallas. She spent more time with us than I would have ever imagined. We were always in the loop and she was always in contact with us. This was our first home buying experience and we could not have done it without Nancy. The home we purchased is beautiful, perfectly in our price range, and in the exact location we were looking for. Nancy knows Dallas, she knows the real estate market, and she knows how to treat her clients. I will absolutely go to her if I ever buy in the future and highly recommend her for anyone looking. - Michael West
